01 — The challenge

One question, six markets, three kinds of voices.

The client needed a view of AI ethics and adoption that reflected how the region differs, not a single average. That meant hearing AI professionals, government officials and educators in every market, at the seniority where decisions get made.

02 — Our approach

The same discussion design, run in every country.

We recruited 30 stakeholders per market to a fixed mix of roles and seniority, so country findings could be compared side by side.

  • Participants: AI professionals (40%), government officials (30%), educators (30%)
  • Seniority: 42% C-suite or director, 38% manager, 20% specialist
  • Coverage: Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Malaysia

03 — The outcome

Every seat filled, in every market.

All 180 stakeholder places were recruited and run as designed across the six countries over five months, giving the client a comparable regional reading on AI ethics and adoption.
