01 — The challenge

Distinct respondent journeys. One source of truth.

The study combined localised questionnaires and complex eligibility rules across international markets and all 38 domestic provinces. Two respondent streams had to stay comparable without forcing them through the same journey.

02 — Our approach

One controlled workflow on KORA².

Collection, supervision and output ran through a single platform, so every stream was governed by the same rules.

  • Multilingual questionnaires with eligibility routing
  • Live quota and sample-composition monitoring
  • Analyst-ready CSV and SAV exports

03 — The outcome

A national dataset that holds together.

Fieldwork was supervised against quota and sample composition as it happened, and the data came back structured for analysis rather than for re-keying.
